Shoot'em Up Android Games Surge in Latin America: Q4 2020 Insights

The final quarter of 2020 showed remarkable performance for the top Shoot'em Up games on Android in Latin America. With data sourced from Sensor Tower, we take a closer look at how these games fared in terms of downloads and active users.

1945 Air Force: Airplane games, with its vintage aesthetic, saw a notable increase in downloads from 126K in the last week of September to a peak of 221K in the final week of December. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from 565K to an impressive 836K in the same period, while revenues also peaked in December reaching 7K.

Another title by 1SOFT, Galaxy Attack: Shooting Game, maintained a steady download count, starting at approximately 85K and rising to 135K by year-end.
